Frequently Asked Questions
Once I become a partner, will I receive any information?
Of course! You can expect to receive your Partnership Package within two weeks. The package will contain the following information:
- A Welcome Letter
- A Thank You Gift for becoming a Valued Partner
- Disclosures concerning the Partnership Benefits
How will I be notified of partnership status once I sign up to become a partner?
Once your Partnership registration is complete, you will receive a welcome email.
What if I want to cancel my monthly partnership subscription?
We hope that’s not the case! However, we do understand a change in circumstances may warrant the need to cancel a subscription. Just call the phone number found inside your Partnership Package and speak with a Community Hope Villages Customer Service Representative.
